Climate
Saint Paul Weather
Saint Paul enjoys a full four-season climate. The warmest month is July, with an average high temperature of 83 degrees, and the coolest month is January, with an average high temperature
of 20 degrees.
St. Paul is amazing in the summer.
I have always said that Minnesota is the most beautiful state in the country 3 months of the year,
and the ugliest during the other 9 (cuz it’s friggin cold) but hinestly, Minnesota is still gorgeous in the winter.
The flowers, plants and trees in St. Paul’s numerous parks and its riverfront light up the city with color in the summertime. The folks here really take advantage of their few short months of splendor. There is some kind of festival, block party, art fair or outdoors event virtually every day of the summer.
The weather here is warm without being stifling. It can get pretty humid, especially if it rains,
but even a nice calm breeze can make that much more bearable.
